When I first started using PTC websites, I belonged to over 20+ sites but as you can see from the list below, there are only three sites remaining. These PTC sites have proven themselves worthy through the test of time and most important, PAY their members. Please be careful when joining new PTC websites. Believe me, I have been down that road before only to find the site closed after many hours of worthless clicking. ADPAID:  This site has been online and paying since 2004. By looking at the variety of quality ads, you will know why this site has been in business for awhile. You can earn cash and points, they pay thru Paypal and gift cards. Lots of emails, awesome click corner, many contests, paid to signup/shop, surveys, offers and cheap advertising. Low price upgrades and one week payouts. They also won best PTC site of the year in 2008.

INBOX DOLLARS:  Two cent ads but not many (1-5 day), no timers on any of the ads, free gold membership with first payout, been in business since 2004, reliable to pay, very professional looking and secure website, tons of offers, coupons and cash back for shopping, paid to games, daily surveys and searching the internet. This PTC site is owned by a legitimate company called Cotter Web Enterprises and will be in business long after many sites close.

CLIXSENSE:  Reliable to pay site, been in business since 2007, many one cent ads, daily clixgrid to win cash (free), fast server, secure website, surveys, mini tasks, instant payouts thru Paypal, 100 ads immediately with premium membership (low price). Unlike other PTC sites with set number of ads, you can get more ads with Clixsense by using their free toolbar which shows ads instantly and it's very easy to install and only takes a few seconds.
